The third of Projekt Gemineye’s single series, “Hold Your Head High,” is full of Gibson SG goodness, which supports the direct, and dare I say, optimistic lyrical core. Mark Anthony K has released a series of unrelated singles in the last few weeks, all stellar, and have their self-contained lyrical center. “Hold Your Head High” is a straight ahead rocker with epic guitar guitar leads, thumping bass and caffeine powered drumming. Lyrically, the song focus on one discovering their happiness and following that path, be it artistic or athletic. 

The middle guitar solo soars in epic fashion. The piano coda is an effective change of pace, as is the spoken word section at the end of the song. Inspiring, epic, and positive, “Hold You Head High” is similar yet different from the prior two singles in this series, yet equally compelling.
